S Club Juniors - who went on to become S Club 8 - have changed a LOT in the 15 years since they first burst into our lives
Cast your minds back to 2001, just three years after S Club 7 burst onto the music scene, and you might remember the spin-off group S Club Juniors.
The band of mini S Clubbers was only intended as a support act at Wembley Arena on S Club 7’s S Club Carnival Tour, but proved a hit and went on the get their own CBBC documentary series, S Club Juniors: The Story.
They went on to release tracks such as One Step Closer, Automatic High, New Direction and a cover of Puppy Love before rebranding themselves in 2003 as a more grown-up S Club 8.
Now, 15 years after they first got together, the S Club 8 gang have changed a LOT. Check out what they look like today in the gallery above, and discover what they’re up to now below!
Stacey McClean
Stacey has *totally* transformed from the cute kid we remember from her S Club Junior days! New pics of the beauty show her looking smokin’ with sleek hair and a well-practised pout. Frankie Bridge (née Sandford)
Frankie has two sons with footballer husband Wayne Bridge and is of course in The Saturdays with Rochelle. They even have a Greatest Hits album! She was runner-up to Simon Webbe on Strictly Come Dancing in 2014.
Rochelle Humes (née Wiseman)
Rochelle is rocking her TV career right now, following up an occasional hosting job on This Morning (alongside her JLS singer husband Marvin Humes, with whom she has two -year-old daughter, Alaia-Mai) with the co-hosting gig on The Xtra Factor. She also has her own fashion line for Very. Go Rochelle!
Aaron Renfree
Aaron is a dancer nowadays who’s worked with the likes of Fleur East and Vanessa White, and judging from his Instagram account spends most of his spare time topless… Rightfully so if you ask us. Just check out his bod!
Calvin Goldspink
Calvin is all about the music nowadays. His EP The Lemon Tree is out now and he splits his time between London and LA, having married American artist Melissa Caballero in March 2015.
Daisy Shelvey (née Evans)
Daisy was briefly in another group, girl band From Above but, since marrying her Newcastle United footballer love Jonjo Shelvey, she’s committed herself to being a full-time mum to their daughter, Lola. Jonjo also happens to play for England – we wonder if they go on double dates with Frankie and Wayne!?
Jay Asforis
Jay is an all-singing, all-dancing stage actor, and is currently appearing in the West End production of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical under his stage name Jay Perry. He appears to still be very good pals with Rochelle, with his former bandmate’s face popping up all over his social networking pages. Sweet!
Hannah Richings
Hannah – who hasn’t changed AT ALL, can we just say? – is now a proud mum to her five-year-old son Finley Jay, and daughter Poppy May.
Leah Simpson
